Soutono SX3
2017/Backpacking Tent/Pull Design Team
The SX3 is Soutono's first product, a lightweight camping gear set that includes a double-layer, two-person tent and a solar charging kit. Hikers and campers can attach the solar panel to their backpacks for charging and later mount it on the tent to power devices through a specially designed power hub. This setup enhances both convenience and safety for outdoor enthusiasts.
The Pull design team and I collaborated with Soutono to develop its potential first product line, providing manufacturing guidance to suppliers and creating functional prototypes. In addition to tent solutions, we successfully designed a removable solar panel that securely attaches to the tent, along with a power hub that enables users to transfer solar power from the tent’s exterior to their devices inside effortlessly.
